Our pots are crafted from pigmented concrete and intentionally celebrate the beauty of raw, natural materials. Each piece features unique variations—subtle discoloration, small pits, fine crevices, and delicate hairline cracks and markings —that develop as part of the curing process. These imperfections are what give every pot its own character and charm, ensuring no two are ever exactly alike.

Ensure the pots will fit through all access points, including doorways, gates, and pathways.

Consider the Weight

Many of our pots are heavy - some over 100kg - and are delivered on a pallet to the kerbside only.

You may need special equipment or assistance to help move your pot to their final location.

Inspect on Delivery

Check your items immediately upon arrival. Please take photos or videos when unwrapping to document any potential damage.

Handle With Care

Cutting the security straps of the item confirms acceptance. Once opened, full refunds are no longer available.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged items. Costs of return delivery will be deducted from your refund which can be up to £100 depending on location.

Larger Items

• Larger items are delivered palletised to kerbside via a specialist carrier.
• We require a solid, flat surface to safely unload using a pump truck.
• Delivery is to ground-level only and cannot be made on steep inclines.
• Please ensure your delivery location is accessible and level to avoid delays.
  
  
  

Positioning & Surface Protection

- Place on a level surface: Ensure your planter is positioned on stable, level ground to prevent tipping or uneven weight distribution.

- Use rubber feet or pot risers: Elevate your planter slightly with rubber feet or spacers. This improves drainage, prevents waterlogging, and protects the surface underneath from staining or damage.

Drainage & Soil Preparation

- Create a drainage layer: Fill the bottom 10% of the pot with drainage materials such as gravel, broken terracotta, or even clean plastic bottles. This encourages water flow and prevents root rot.

- Avoid overfilling with soil: Fill your planter 80-90% full with high-quality soil or compost. Leave room at the top to allow for watering and mulch if needed.

Tree & Plant Selection

- Choose suitable species: Only plant trees and shrubs that are suitable for container growth. Select species with compact or non-invasive root systems to avoid cracking or damaging the pot over time.

Weather Protection

- Frost protection in winter: Although our planters are sealed and frost-resistant, we recommend protecting them during extreme winter conditions. Use breathable covers or move planters to a sheltered location to prevent frost damage.

Indoor Use

- Seal around drainage bung if needed: For indoor placement, we suggest sealing around the temporary drainage bung before filling to prevent leaks. Use silicone or a waterproof sealant if required.

- We advise placing the pot on rubber pot feet or a rubber mat to protect floors
