Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Making an exchange is hassle-free. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange it for you. Please ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging and ready for collection.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we’ll promptly issue your refund or send your exchange.

All our products are covered by at least our 100-day guarantee from the date of order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 100 days of your order date: hello@jobuhome.com.
  2. Our team will agree a suitable collection date and email you a shipping label (where applicable).
  3. Repack securely in the original packaging. Affix the return label over the original label and keep the parcel near the door for collection.
  4. On the agreed date, you’ll receive a collection time window. Our driver will take photos as proof of collection. On arrival back with us, the item will be inspected for damage.

Exchanges

If your replacement item costs more, we’ll contact you to take the additional payment. For lower-priced items or refunds, we’ll process the difference back to your original payment method. Exchanges are normally dispatched the day after we receive your return.

Refunds

Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours of receiving and checking your item. Your bank may take 5–10 days to show funds back in your account.

100-Day Free Returns

We offer a 100-day free return, starting from the day you order. We’ll arrange the collection at no additional cost to you, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition.

Important Exclusion: Special-Route Carrier Deliveries

Some addresses are served using a special-route carrier (for example, remote or hard-to-reach areas). Where this applies, the order is not covered by our 100-day free returns service.

  • Your statutory 14-day change-of-mind rights still apply.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return shipping if you change your mind.
  • We can arrange a return via a suitable carrier and quote the cost before booking, or you may use your own insured service.
  • We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable service and retaining proof of postage.

This exclusion applies only to orders shipped via a special-route carrier due to your location, as explained in our “Remote and Areas Not Covered” section. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Packaging & Condition

Please return items in their original packaging, securely sealed, and in the same condition you received them. This helps prevent transit damage and speeds up processing.

Statutory 14-Day Change-of-Mind

Your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery remains in place for all orders. For special-route carrier deliveries, returns under this right are not free; the customer pays return shipping. Contact us and we’ll advise the safest, most cost-effective method.
