Delivery
How much is delivery?
Enjoy FREE delivery for all orders over £75.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland UK only – England, Scotland, and Wales.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, or any other offshore UK locations.

Do you deliver inside my property?
Our couriers specialise in large and fragile items and will ensure safe delivery to your ground floor doorstep. Entry into your property is at the courier’s discretion and is not guaranteed.
If you require a 2-man fragile delivery service or delivery to a specific room, please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes – we offer an Express Delivery option for an additional premium fee. This service ensures your order is delivered within 2 working days from dispatch. For example, if you order on a Monday, your item will be delivered by Wednesday. Working days are Monday to Saturday.
Please note: some postcodes are not eligible for express delivery due to courier limitations. If your postcode is not covered, we will notify you before dispatch, and your express delivery fee will be refunded in full.
What if my express delivery is late?
While we work hard to meet express timeframes, there may be rare occasions where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier disruption, weather conditions, or access issues). If no delivery attempt is made on or before the second working day after dispatch, we will refund your express delivery fee in full. The base delivery charge (if applicable) remains unaffected.
Remote and Areas Not Covered
Due to the oversized and fragile nature of our products, our standard carrier network does not serve certain remote or hard-to-reach areas.
- If your address falls into one of these areas after you place an order, we will attempt to source an alternative carrier on your behalf.
- Additional costs: using a special-route carrier may incur extra charges. Where possible, we may absorb these costs; otherwise, you will be asked to pay a surcharge. We will confirm any surcharge before dispatch.
- Delivery times: delivery may take longer than usual. We will provide an estimated timeframe before your order is fulfilled.
- Your options: if additional fees or extended timeframes apply, you may cancel your order at this stage for a full refund.
- Returns for change of mind: orders shipped via a special-route carrier are not eligible for free returns. Your statutory 14-day change-of-mind rights remain unaffected; however, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using an insured service and retaining proof of postage.
This section applies only where we must arrange a special-route carrier due to your location. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Should I check my order at the time of delivery?
Yes – we strongly encourage you to inspect your item upon delivery.
If the item appears to be clearly damaged, please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to sender. Then, contact us by email as soon as possible so we can arrange a prompt replacement for you.
For all other issues (such as concealed damage or incorrect items), please contact us immediately after delivery so we can help resolve the matter quickly.
I entered the wrong delivery address – can I change it?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please get in touch as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so prompt communication increases the chances of correcting it before dispatch.

How long is standard shipping?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Due to the size and nature of some products, we use specialist couriers, which may require extra coordination. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 working days from dispatch.
