We proudly deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Please reach out for extremely remote locations before placing your order.
In the event you are in an area not covered by our carrier service we will try and find an alternative which may come at an additional cost. You will be notified of this before dispatch and may cancel your order. Please see your delivery policy for full details

While they typically deliver to your door, bringing items inside your property is at their discretion. Feel free to inquire about special requests like delivery to a specific room or a 2-man delivery service before placing your order.

We strive to dispatch orders promptly for your convenience. If you realize an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to resolve the issue swiftly.
Our goal is to ship your items the following day. However, due to the size of some products, we rely on specialist couriers who may require a few days to make arrangements. Therefore, we estimate shipping to take 2-7 working days.
Exchange, Returns & Refunds
Making an exchange is hassle-free! Simply contact us, and we'll arrange it for you at no additional cost. Please ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging for collection.
You have a generous 100-day window to return items at no cost. All products must be unused and in their original packaging. We'll handle the collection process at our expense.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we'll promptly issue your refund. Please allow 5-7 working days for the entire process.
