Once we receive your order our dedicated team will carefully gather your order and then quality check to make sure it is all there and fit to be dispatched. You will be sent tracking informaton for your order

Order Loaded >
Your order is loaded securely by our two man delivery team and taken to the distribution centre within one business day of your order being placed. You will be notified of when your expected delivery day will be.

Out for Delivery >
Your goods are now on their way to you. The delivery team will update you with a delivery time. Our dedicated couriers specialise in handling large and fragile items, ensuring safe delivery to your doorstep

Opening your goods
Enjoy your great new purchase. When unboxing we would always recommend opening all packaging carefully. So should you wish to return your item you are able to do so.
100 Day Free Exchanges & Returns*
Here at Jōbū we think you will love our products and we want to make sure you get the right one thats perfect for you. Your 100 days will start on the day of your initial delivery being delivered.
Initiate return
In order to start a returns please reach out to our customer support team who will be happy to assist you. Email us at: hello@jobuhome.com
Our team will discuss with you to find a suitable collection date. We will book your return in with our delivery service and we will email you a shipping label to use.
Preparing your item
Simply securely reseal your order in the original packaging. Then affix the label to the package making sure to cover the original label. Be sure to have the order near the door ready for collection.
Collection and return
You will be contacted with a collection time on the pre-chosen date. Our driver will take photos as proof of collection. The order will then be returned to us upon arrival the mirror will be inspected for damage
Exchange / Refund
In the event of an exchange - if your new mirror is more expensive the support team will contact you for the additional payment. For items of a lower price or a refund this will be processed and the money will be returned to your original payment card. Refunds will normally be processed within 24 hours of receiving the item and can take 5-10 days to return to your account. Exchanges will normally be sent the day after receiving the return

We currently proudly deliver to mainland UK & Northern Ireland.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We all make mistakes from time to time. The important thing is to let us know as soon as possible. Email us with your order information and the address you need it to be delivered and we will work to get your parcel rerouted
Our drivers will have your contact information so they can call if required but any additional information you can provide to assist delivery is appreciated. When placing your order you can add order notes.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Of course, we want you to be 100% happy with your order. Decide which mirror you want instead then please reach out to us and we can start the returns process. Your first return is 100% free as long as you return in original packaging so make sure you open carefully. Any without packaging or additional returns are charges with a £45 shipping and processing fee.
Firstly we would encourage you to make sure you inspect your item as soon as it arrives. Open carefully and do not throw your packaging away. Although we take the utmost care with quality control during manufacturing and with shipping, unfortunately sometimes items get damaged. However we pride ourselves on quickly resolving problems. We are committed to making sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. With that being the case should you wish to exchange your order you can do for free within 100 days of delivery as long as the product is returned in its original packaging.
In the case that the new product you wish for is of a higher price than the initial order we will request the difference in price. Should the new item be of a lower value than the original item a refund will be issued when the item returns to the warehouse.
Your first exchange is free when in the original packaging. Any future returns or exchanges are charged at £45. Please email us at hello@jobuhome.com so we can initiate your return
Your refund will never be greater than the amount you have paid for the item. E.g. if you bought an item in a sale you would only be refunded the sale value you paid and not the full product price. Unwanted products returned damaged may be subject to additional costs, customer support will talk you through the process.
Yes. We offer our 100 day free return on all our full priced items that starts from the day you order. Should you purchase items as part of a promotion, discount or offer these items come with a 30 day free return from the day of purchase.
This does not effect your standard right to return within 14 days of receiving delivery.
