Dropshipping and Trade Policies

Welcome to our comprehensive Dropshipping and Trade Programme.

We are delighted to collaborate with retailers, creators, and entrepreneurs who wish to sell our high-quality products under their own brand without the need to maintain inventory. This innovative approach allows you to focus on growing your business while we handle the logistics. Please carefully review our policy to understand the intricacies of our dropshipping service, your responsibilities, and our terms regarding issues and returns.


How Dropshipping Works

When you join our dropshipping programme:

  1. You sell – we fulfil: You list our products on your own website or marketplace. Once a customer places an order, you place that order with us.
  2. We ship to your customer: We process and dispatch the product directly to your customer, using plain or custom packaging (depending on your plan).
  3. You manage your customers: You are the main point of contact for your customer. We act as a silent fulfilment partner in the background.

Order Fulfilment and Lead Times

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, including Saturdays.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the item has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service used.

Issue Reporting Window

We offer a 48-hour window to report any issues with an order once it has been delivered. This includes:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

To report an issue, please email us at hello@jobuhome.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photograph(s) of the damaged or incorrect item(s) for our reference

Once your request has been logged, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.

Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with return instructions.

Reports made after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution, refund, or replacement.


Returns

As a dropshipper, you are responsible for handling returns directly with your customer.

If your customer returns an unwanted item in unused and resaleable condition, we will accept it under the following terms:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with the order number and customer name clearly marked on the outer packaging.
  • Once we have received the returned item(s), the value of the item(s) will be credited to you.
  • Please note that the cost of carriage (in either direction) will not be refunded.

Important:

Before returning any item(s), please contact us at hello@jobuhome.com to request approval and return instructions.

Unapproved returns may be rejected and returned to the sender.

Items returned damaged, used, or outside the return window will not be eligible for credit.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or customisation. These items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

By participating in our dropshipping programme, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined above. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay up to date with the current version.
